The vertical continuous band sealer D 545 is ideally suited for securely sealing bags with liquid, powdery or free-flowing contents. Due to the vertical arrangement, the products remain upright during the sealing process, which enables clean and reliable sealing.

The integrated temperature control system with digital display ensures precise adjustment to different film materials. An automatic cooling function supports the consistently high quality of the sealing seam, even in continuous operation. With a throughput speed of up to 10 metres per minute, the device can be easily integrated into packaging processes with medium throughput.
