The semi-automatic tabletop heat sealer is ideal for the secure sealing of laminated film packaging in industry, trade and food processing. Due to its compact design, the device can be integrated into various packaging workstations to save space.
Sealing time and sealing temperature can be easily adjusted via the digital control panel. This allows you to adapt the sealing process precisely to different film types and packaging requirements. The consistently strong 13-mm profile sealing ensures reliable and tight seals. At the same time, the risk of delamination of the film is reduced, which supports the protection, quality and shelf life of the packaged products.
The tabletop heat sealer is particularly suitable for laminated film materials. The device is not suitable for films made of 100 % polyethylene (polyethylene) as well as laminated films with a polyethylene outer layer, as these can melt on the sealing bar.
