The 4-in-1 Klappbox is a well-thought-out, one-piece folding box construction that can be assembled into four different size versions (S, M, L, XL). Thanks to the integrated folding lines, the box can be quickly adjusted to different product sizes without tools or cutting. This allows a wide range of applications to be covered with just one format.

The smallest version (S) is suitable for shipping as a DHL small parcel and supports postage-optimised logistics. The other sizes offer additional flexibility for shipping goods of various sizes. The integrated tuck-in flap simplifies handling during the packaging process; for shipping, additional securing with packing tape is recommended.

A further advantage arises with regard to the current EU Packaging Regulation, which places stricter limits on the permissible empty space in shipping packaging. With the 4-in-1 Klappbox, the packaging volume can be easily adjusted to the contents, thereby reducing unnecessary empty space – without having to keep multiple box sizes in stock.
