The dimpled foam layer offers reliable surface and impact protection for sensitive products during transport, storage and shipping. The combination of foam foil and a dimpled structure effectively protects goods from scratches, pressure marks and vibrations and is particularly suitable for sensitive or high-quality surfaces.

Thanks to its flexible material structure, the dimpled foam layer adapts optimally to different product shapes and is ideal as an interleaving layer, wrapping material or cushioning protection. Especially for sensitive materials such as glass, metal, painted surfaces, plastic parts or technical components, the foam layer provides additional safety in the packaging process.

The lightweight sheets are easy to handle and support fast workflows directly at the packing station. At the same time, the robust foam quality ensures a reliable protective effect with a low own weight. Ideal for padding out crates and boxes and for protecting high-value shipped goods such as electrical appliances, binoculars, optical devices, medical technology, microscopes etc.
