Automatic cardboard box with grid insert, pack of 100

The automatic carton with grid insert combines shipping box and retention packaging in a smart 2-part construction. Thanks to the flexible corrugated cardboard grid insert, products are secured safely, without slipping and without additional filling material. The insert has four height slots and therefore adapts flexibly to shipping goods of different heights. This allows a wide variety of models to be packed securely – from cosmetics and small electronics to sensitive or fragile products.

The goods are reliably secured in the lower area of the packaging, while additional space is available above for further models, accessories or accompanying documents. An additional side flap stabilises the robust construction, keeps the grid insert securely in position and protects the carton from being crushed during transport and handling.

The stable, robust automatic base enables quick assembly, while the self-adhesive seal and integrated tear strip ensure efficient packaging processes and convenient opening. Since both the carton and the insert consist entirely of corrugated cardboard, the packaging can be disposed of by type via the waste paper cycle. The materials used consist of 100% recycled fibres and are fully recyclable.
