The Emba-Swing® membrane packaging is ideal for the safe shipping of sensitive and shock-sensitive products. The goods to be shipped are securely fixed between two highly flexible membrane cushions and transported 'floating' inside the box. This reliably absorbs shocks, impacts and vibrations – even under demanding transport conditions. The flexible, yet extremely tear-resistant film adapts optimally to different product contours and ensures a firm hold without additional cushioning material.

The protective packaging is particularly suitable for electronics, measuring instruments, sensitive components, spare parts or high-quality products with varying geometries. Thanks to the flexible membrane technology, multiple product variants can often be shipped using just one packaging size. This reduces storage effort and simplifies packaging processes. At the same time, the membrane packaging impresses with its quick handling and professional product presentation for the customer.

Compared to classic foam solutions, Emba-Swing® requires less storage space and does not require loose-fill material. The packaging is reusable and can be disposed of with waste paper after use. It thus offers an efficient and resource-saving solution for the safe shipping of sensitive products.
