tissueWave® cross packaging with tuck top

Innovative, reliable and extremely sustainable: tissueWave® cross packaging sets new standards when mailing sensitive goods. The innovative cushioning material made from 16 layers of corrugated cellulose means the mailing box provides optimum, highly resilient protection – completely free of plastic, made from renewable raw materials and with the same drop test performance characteristics as foam packaging. With a cushion height of 19 mm, the innovative tissueWave® material holds the products securely in the packaging while providing optimum shock absorption. It can be compressed down to 5 mm for the most effective use. The outside box in FEFCO format 0473, which comes as a single piece, is made of sturdy single fluted corrugated cardboard with a tuck top closure. A layer of kraft paper in the lid of the box provides additional stability. The award winning mailing box is a single material solution and can be completely disposed of with waste paper and be recycled.
